EQUIPMENT
The enterprise structure includes:
- Two machinated workshops;
- A combined workshop
- A foundry-mechanical workshop;
- A repair-building workshop;
- Engineering buildings and erections.
- The third workshop is being built, where glass-forming machines EmhartTM to be installed.
Glass-forming machines for production of bottles U8M/1 are modern one-drop 8-sectioned machines allowing containers to be produced with parameters:
- External diameter of a neck - up to 45 mm;
- External diameter of a product - up to 125 mm;
- Height of a product - up to 350 mm;
- Volume - from 0.1 to 1.0 l.
Technical characteristics of the glass-forming equipment allow an order to be placed from 700 thousands pieces of product in 0.5 l measurement.
Along with aforesaid glass-forming machines, a line has been put into operation to reinforce the product at the hot and cold ends (metallization), which allows the strength of the product to be increased much, abrasions to be avoided during transportation of products, their blocking, the outward appearance of the finished products to be improved, and along with this the mass of the product (container) to be reduced.
The plant has its branch line, a stock of cars, which facilitate considerably the dispatch of the finished products.
Our technical potential allows high-quality products to be produced, meeting all the requirements of GOST and wishes of every concrete customer.
